The Original, and first of five for Paul and Kelly Fleming. An American bistro, with a new interpretation of what a Chinese restaurant should be. The Brand was created by a strong ensemble of iconic elements of bonsai, horses, terra cotta soldiers, and suspended I Ching coin inspired light discs. The focal point of the interior is the framing of the exhibition kitchen with a larger than life mural depicting dynastic court life in the muted color palette of mustard, plum, black, and brown.
